Palletizing Solutions

Advanced robotic systems for safe, accurate, and efficient pallet stacking operations.

Advanced Palletizing Solutions for Efficient Material Handling

ETI Automation delivers cutting-edge palletizing systems, combining robotics, vision systems, and automation to ensure safe, precise, and high-speed material handling for diverse industrial applications.

Robotic Palletizing

Robotic palletizing is an efficient alternative to its conventional counterpart, offering enhanced versatility and throughput.

Gantry Palletizing

The Multi-Axis Gantry system picks up products from an infeed conveyor and places them in a specific pattern on pallets.

High Level Palletizing

Our High-Level Push-Type Palletizer is sturdy, featuring a vertical frame that moves along a strong structure to support the pallet being built.

Low Level Palletizing

We specialize in Low-Level Palletizing. Here's the premise behind the system—products on the infeed conveyor are rotated for correct orientation before reaching the row formation area.

Hybrid Palletizing

A hybrid palletizer combines a robotic system with a high-level palletizer that has a compactor. In the setup, the robot carefully arranges a layer of products on a compactor table.

High-Level Palletizer

ETI Automation has developed advanced high-level palletizing technology designed to meet your requirements with high quality and exceptional speed. When the stacking pattern is fixed and no changeover is needed, our gantry-type palletizing technology remains the most cost-effective option.

We provide an automatic empty pallet dispensing system, ensuring the palletizer runs continuously without interruption. The system holds a stack of empty pallets, automatically separating and feeding them to the palletizer as required. For high-speed operations and tall stacking levels, our high-level palletizer technology is ideal, capable of achieving stacking heights of up to 12 levels.

Advanced palletizing solutions are automated or semi-automated systems that stack products onto pallets in a safe, accurate, and efficient way. These systems reduce manual work, improve speed, and ensure consistent pallet loads.

Palletizing systems speed up end-of-line operations, reduce product damage, and lower labor costs. They help businesses move more goods in less time while maintaining quality and safety.

Common types include robotic palletizers, conventional palletizers, layer palletizers, and collaborative palletizing systems. The right choice depends on product type, production speed, and available space.

Advanced palletizing systems are widely used in food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, cement, chemicals, logistics, and manufacturing industries where high-volume material handling is required.

Yes. Modern palletizing solutions are designed to handle a wide range of carton sizes, bags, boxes, and weights. Many systems can be adjusted or programmed for multiple products.

Robotic palletizers offer higher accuracy, faster operation, and better safety compared to manual palletizing. They reduce worker fatigue and injuries while delivering consistent pallet patterns.
