A Roller Conveyor is best for transporting items with a flat, rigid bottom, like boxes, totes, or pallets. A PVC Belt Conveyor is more versatile, using a continuous belt to move items of various shapes, sizes, and weights, including small parts or bags.
You should choose an Overhead Conveyor when you need to free up valuable floor space. It's ideal for moving products between workstations, through painting or curing processes, or across large assembly areas.
It depends on your product. PVC/PU Conveyor Belts are excellent, durable choices for general manufacturing and logistics. Teflon/PTFE Belts are used for high-temperature applications (like ovens) or when you need a non-stick surface, common in the food industry.
A Slat Chain is made of interconnected plates (slats), making it much more durable and resistant to heat, chemicals, and wear. It's perfect for heavy-duty applications like bottling, canning, or handling hot automotive parts, whereas a PVC belt is for lighter-duty tasks.
Both are powered rollers. Sprocket Driven Rollers are connected by a chain, providing a positive, non-slip drive for heavy loads. Grooved Rollers are powered by PU Round or V-Belts, offering a quieter, lighter-duty, and often more flexible solution for zoning and accumulation.
